Sean is a serial inventor, investor and entrepreneur with a deep background in technology. A former Air Force Intelligence Officer and NSA Fellow, Sean served five tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq before founding Battlefield Telecommunications Systems (BTS). Sean has founded technology companies in Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of OmniScience Technology Partners (OSTP), CrossChx, and Lane Capital. A graduate of Miami University with an Honorary Doctorate of Public Service from the University of Rio Grande, Sean was selected as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Maryland.
Brad is a change agent with a mission to fix what is broken and build what does not exist. Prior to founding CrossChx, Brad spent a decade in Washington, DC as a senior advisor to members of the United States Congress and as an executive of a leading insurance association. On Capitol Hill, Brad honed the leadership skills that guide him today as he oversees all CrossChx operations, business development, and marketing functions. An authority on financial management and maximizing efficiency through technological innovation, Brad holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Miami University.
David is a strategic business development and marketing entrepreneur with over 14 years of healthcare experience. Prior to CrossChx, David co-founded ePAY Healthcare and served in leadership, marketing, and business development roles with startup and Fortune 500 companies including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Black & Decker. Actively involved in Columbus, Ohio’s startup ecosystem, David volunteers as a mentor for 10Xelerator, Founders Factory, and Startup Weekend. David attended business school at Butler University and is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Brian is a high-energy, results-driven, and team-focused leader with over 12 years of project management, operations, and start-up experience. He has a proven track record of being a catalyst for rapid company growth through the implementation of scalable business processes and procedures. Prior to CrossChx, he held two executive level positions in Ohio and Maryland. Brian is a graduate of Ferris State University and holds multiple professional accreditations.
Joel is a physician, innovator and technology enthusiast dedicated to bringing healthcare into the digital age. As a board certified dermatologist, Joel has an intimate understanding of the problems facing the healthcare industry and the need for creative, novel solutions to those problems. Prior to joining CrossChx, he pioneered the development of a digital pathology platform that enabled pathology subspecialty expertise to be distributed more broadly, more efficiently and at lower cost. As a physician and product development expert, Joel brings a unique and powerful vision to the CrossChx team.
Frank is a natural problem solver who believes the engineering culture plays a pivotal role in resolving the healthcare identity crisis. With a focus on high-scale web application development, Frank knows how to build a powerhouse foundation of data on the backend to create high-value, actionable intelligence on the frontend. Prior to joining CrossChx, he held roles as a senior application developer, and a technical lead in the bioinformatics sector, where he oversaw more than 60 IT professionals both on and offshore. He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in computer science.
Brian brings a high level of energy to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry and in the lives of the people around him every day. A highly accomplished and fiercely competitive recruiting leader, Brian knows how to find the right person for the right role, to build teams that become second families. Prior to joining CrossChx, he held senior roles in talent acquisition, focusing in areas of software and technology. He graduated from Tiffin University with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration.
